Me You Us are three spheres of our lives, which are closely interwoven. We know that our healthy, mature ME will create a healthy, mature YOU. Thanks to this combination a healthy, mature US comes into being and US is our family, team, our surroundings.
We aspire to make Me You Us, a place which changes the lives of people and family history. A place to get better acquainted with yourself, improve understanding and acceptance, a place which restores life balance, reshapes life, brings greater happiness, satisfaction and fulfilment. That Me You Us teaches us love, mutual care for ourselves and those we love most, and our children in particular.

We offer you and your family members work on self-development and overcoming life difficulties through workshops, psychotherapy and coaching. We ensure professional and comprehensive support in a crisis for adults, children and teenagers as well as partners, married couples and their families.

We are a group of qualified, experienced coaches and therapists. We share a common passion for work and values which we believe in.
